Financial Process Analyst

Our Finance Shared Services Centre team in Katowice consists of 70 talented and dedicated employees. We are currently looking for a Financial Process Analyst to join our Accounts Payable Payments team based in Katowice. This team is responsible for preparing all payments for DAZN entities worldwide. We carry out three payment runs per month, covering purchase invoices and staff expenses. In addition, we process payments for taxes, payroll, per diems, and urgent requests.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and process payments for business units across all DAZN locations, including Europe, Japan, India, North America, and Australia.
• Identify and resolve issues in payment runs, such as rejections, missing transactions, or currency discrepancies.
• Handle ad hoc payment requests related to taxes, payroll, and per diems.
• Support the preparation of cash requirement forecasts.
• Prioritise and execute urgent payment requests promptly.
•  Audit employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Work daily with Oracle systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing operational quality and efficiency.
  
  

You'll have:

• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Good command of Excel
• Understanding of basic financial rules
• You're a team player and able to work with others
• You're pro-active and able to work under pressure of time
• You have experience interacting with internationally based staff/stakeholders

Optional:

• Experience in working in a similar role (AP, AR, banking, systems)
• You have a university degree in Accounting or Finance
