Senior Producer

Department: 85-403 - Content - P&E - Live Programming

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Japan - Tokyo

Reporting To: Go Egawa

Description
We are striving for a Senior Producer of our Japan production, who has leadership skills and can drive, create, propose, realize contents and bring up total engagement numbers, as well as create new sponsorship opportunities and reach new users. You will propose/create new contents that will reach out to wider audience of Japan. You will align with various stakeholder and align with business. You will meet business expectations of revenue growth through content and maximise our existing rights.

DAZN Japan・プロダクションのシニアプロデューサーは、コンテンツ制作部をドライブし、既存コンテンツの改善のみならず、新規コンテンツを提案、開発、実現させ、エンゲージメントの向上、および新たなスポンサー獲得、新規ユーザーの開拓を促進するなど、リーダーシップを発揮して頂きます。 社内・社外のステークホルダーたちと連携し、より広く多くのユーザー、ポテンシャルユーザーたちに届くようなコンテンツを改善、開発、実現していただきます。

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, invent, design, propose, realize contents that will drive higher engagement and sponsor revenue.
  • Align with other stakeholders and align with business expectations, verbalize expectations.
  • Manage production contents, staffs, talents, budget.
  • Review & analyze contents with data-driven mindset, and make action accordingly to grow benefits to contents.
  • Lead and manage outside vendors, production companies, freelance staffs.

  • 社内外の業務関係者、ステークホルダーたちと連携し、ビジネスの期待に即した成果を上げる。

  • データに基づいてコンテンツを見直し、分析し、改善プランを立て、コンテンツを向上させるための具体的な行動を起こす。
  • 外部ベンダー、制作会社、フリーランサーの統括・管理。
