The Role:

As part of our Marketing Operations team and play a key role in planning, optimizing, and reporting on our global performance media spend. You’ll support the Head of Media Performance & Marketing Analytics to maximize investment efficiency, drive customer acquisition, and deliver incremental revenue. What you'll be doing:

  • Working collaboratively with our Paid Media and Local market teams, plan weekly media investment across the direct response media channels, in-line with previous performances and the DAZN content schedule
  • Support the Head of Media Performance & Marketing Analytics in providing narrative for in-week performances and longer-term trends across our core KPIs; RoAS, CPA’s & Media contribution. 
  • You’ll be actively involved in communicating these results to the wider Marketing Operations team, Local Markets and Finance 
  • Proactively run analyses that can help us better understand the opportunities and risks at market, sport, event and/or media channel levels
  • Working closely with Finance, ensuring our spend is delivered in-line with the agreed budget & efficiency targets

What you'll bring:

  • Hands-on experience of planning and reporting on Paid Media campaigns, either agency or client side
  • Able to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges with a get up and go attitude to drive business performance. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst being diligent and having a results driven mentality.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • True passion for Media planning and performance
