Job Description
The Platform Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing VOC platforms, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with stakeholder needs. This role also supports the infrastructure for dashboard reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain VOC platforms for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve issues, implement updates, and enhance platform functionality.
- Implement security protocols to protect platforms and player data.
- Collect, analyze, and document platform performance data.
- Code surveys and maintain platform configurations.
- Assist in evaluating platform solutions to meet gaming needs and compliance standards.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT & CS teams for platform improvements.
