Job Description

As a US Sports Trading Operations Operator, you will be responsible for creating all the odds that our customers bet on from the major US sports. 

Reporting to the Trading Operations Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for creation and payouts for events and markets from sports such as American football, NBA basketball, college sports, baseball, ice hockey and many more.

What you will do

• Help to effectively to consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered
• Ensure betting opportunities, released by Trading, are made available on the specific channels
  and brands at the required moment in time
• Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class
• Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed
  correctly, accurately and efficiently
• Manage the reference data for Trading systems, updating and keeping logs accurate
• Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and
  efficient
• Adhere to departmental SLAs
• Check the work of others to ensure that information is accurately inputted into all applications
  before the events are displayed to minimise errors and any customer impact
• Recommend new technical enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition
• Raising of issues to relevant support teams
• System testing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Effective long and short term planning skills
• Interest in Sports especially US Sports
