Systems Analyst - Global Distribution Technology

About this team

The Global Distribution Technology teams are committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment and broader Supply Chain partners. Supporting both vendor and proprietary systems, the teams provide solutions to enable our partners in streamlining the lifecycle of product movement from our manufacturers to our distribution centers (DCs), and from our DCs to our stores and guests.

A day in the life

Member of the development (Dev) team,

Leads functional solution, design discussions and system configuration with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.

Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes.

Oversees projects to drive bug fixes and enhancements.

Uses structured tools for analysis and presentation of concepts and models to support the business needs (requirements).

Use appropriate visualizations for a given metric or nature of data.

Understand business needs (functional requirements) and translate them into technical requirements (configuration).

Connects the system outputs and data to SLA.

Accountable for the Technical Acceptance Criteria during the inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions.

Configures modules and platform workflows in their designated system.

Define and execute scenario-based test plans (UAT execution).

Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution on complex, high-impact efforts.

Develop, maintain, and communicate support documentations to the end-users (i.e UAT, Release Notes).

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure system modifications meet business needs.

Ability to perform work in a fast-paced setting, constantly adapting to a change-oriented environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Four-year college or university degree.

5-7 years of work experience in information technology with solid experience working on Manhattan warehouse management systems, preferably WMOS and Manhattan Active WM.

Knowledge and experience with WMS modules such as Labor Management System (LMS), Labor Planning and Labor Performance Management functionalities.

Advanced experience with SQL.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot WMS, SCI, SQL Developer issues and configuration.

Possess expert level understanding of software development practices and project life cycles

Possess strong team management skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative problem solver possessing the ability to measure and improve products and processes

Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and during critical production issues

Desired: Supply Chain experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $105,800-$138,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
