about this team:

The Strategy & Insights team is a trusted partner in the development of long and short-term strategies, working cross-functionally with the entire business on key strategic initiatives. This team is responsible for bringing forward relevant information and insights to support leaders to answer strategic, enterprise-level questions about how we can continue to deliver strong growth at lululemon.

a day in the life:

  • Execute strategic research and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify and evaluate options to support growth.
  • Synthesize research into insights that generate actionable options for growth.
  • Analyze and synthesize research results and create a story that delivers insightful, strategic and actionable answers for cross-functional partners.
  • Develop materials to support executive discussion and decision making.
  • Execute work ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.
  • Confidently present results to all levels of the organization in a clear and compelling manner.

qualification:

  • University Degree in a relevant field (market research, management consulting, etc)
  • 3+ years direct and relevant experience in consulting or research agency.
  • A well-developed sense of analytical thinking and an ability to summarize.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and quality-driven person.
  • Team player: ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Strong presentation skills and advanced skills in writing strategic reports and presentations.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite are required.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $103, 500 – $135, 900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
