This role plays a critical part in owning the governance and quality of Media Sales–driven production, acting as a central hub that connects Media Sales Creative, Business, and Production across internal teams, external production partners, and agencies.

【The Role】
As DAZN Japan continues to expand its advertising and sponsorship business, we are seeking a senior-level producer to lead and oversee all Ad & Sponsor Content.
This role goes far beyond production management or being a point of contact. You will be involved from the commercial discussion stage with sponsors and agencies, and will be required to instantly assess, translate, and align:

  • Rights and compliance
  • Production resources
  • Talent and IP
  • DAZN brand and quality standards

to deliver creative solutions that can only exist on DAZN, quickly and seamlessly.

Moving beyond BAU-style in-program advertising (e.g. L-Shape bars or simple on-screen exposure), this role leads with a fandom-driven creative philosophy, with the aim of:

  • Maximizing sponsor value
  • Differentiating DAZN Advertising
  • Building scalable, repeatable models for advertising creativity

・In-house editorial or program production work

What You'll Be Doing:

A. Creative Vision & Judgment (Highest Priority)

  • Define and continuously evolve DAZN Advertising’s creative vision, worldview, and decision criteria
  • Make final creative Go / No-Go decisions on key advertising projects
  • Clearly articulate what is “on-brand” and “off-brand” for DAZN
  • Establish DAZN’s own creative axis, independent of trends or agency-driven logic

B. Creative Strategy & Concept Design

  • Design cross-platform creative concepts rooted in client challenges, spanning:
  • Video production
  • Digital and streaming distribution
  • Offline experiences such as events
  • Reimagine advertising use cases that add value to existing DAZN content

C. Business / Sales Integration

  • Attend client and agency sales meetings as a creative and production authority
  • Instantly assess rights feasibility, production and talent resources, and cost structures
  • Translate advertiser expectations into realistic DAZN production solutions, presenting win-win outcomes at speed
  • Contribute a creative perspective to the development of new advertising products and formats

D. Production Governance & Management

  • Own governance and quality control across all ad and sponsor content
  • Manage teams, talent, schedules, and budgets
  • Select, contract, and quality-control external production companies and freelancers
  • Understand and manage rights, including music, likeness, and broadcast usage

E. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Manage and develop junior producers (approx. 2 persons)
  • Build production workflows and team structures that avoid over-reliance on individuals
  • Provide creative direction and overall leadership to internal teams and external partners

F. Data & Performance

  • Analyze performance through a data-driven lens
  • Propose and execute improvements based on KPIs, Brand Lift, and other effectiveness metrics


A. Creative Vision & Judgment(最重要)

  • DAZN AdvertisingにおけるCreative Vision/世界観/判断基準の定義・更新
  • 重要広告案件におけるCreative最終判断(Go / No Go)
  • 「DAZNらしい/らしくない」の明確な言語化
  • 流行やAgencyロジックに依存しない、DAZN独自のCreative軸の確立

B. Creative Strategy & Concept Design
クライアント課題を起点に、

  • 映像制作
  • 配信・デジタルディストリビューション
  • イベント等のオフライン体験

を横断したCreative Concept設計。既存コンテンツに付加価値を与える広告活用の再設計。

C. Business / Sales Integration(商談同席・即断)

  • スポンサー/代理店との商談への同席
  • 権利可否、制作・演者リソース、制作スキーム/コスト感の即時判断
  • 広告側の期待とDAZN制作の現実を翻訳し、WIN-WINなSolutionを迅速に提示
  • 新たな広告プロダクト/フォーマット開発へのCreative視点での関与

D. Production Governance & Management

  • 広告・スポンサーコンテンツ全体のガバナンス・品質管理
  • 制作チーム/タレント/スケジュール/予算管理
  • 外部制作会社・フリーランスの選定、契約、QC
  • 音源・肖像・放映権等を含む権利理解・管理

E. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • ジュニアプロデューサー(約2名)の育成・マネジメント
  • 属人化しない制作フロー・チーム構造の構築
  • 社内制作チーム・外部パートナーへのクリエイティブディレクションと統括

F. Data & Performance

  • データドリブンな視点での効果分析
  • KPI/Brand Lift等を踏まえた改善提案・実行

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or Creative in video and/or digital content
  • Extensive experience producing advertising and sponsor-driven content
  • End-to-end ownership from creative strategy through execution
  • Hands-on experience spanning advertising, production, and rights within a broadcaster, agency, or production company
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of business logic and revenue models
  • High adaptability and the ability to make decisions in real time
  • A strong passion for sports
