We're seeking a Senior Producer to join our dynamic Fox Sports Production team. Key Responsibilities - What you'll bring to the team:

• Lead and own projects from initial concept development, through pre-production, live broadcast, and post-production, including hands-on editing oversight and direction. 
• Line Produce LIVE Broadcasts, providing decisive leadership and clear direction to all resources for the flawless execution of live broadcasts across multiple sporting codes. 
• Drive the creation of engaging and appropriate Linear and Digital content, working to specific briefs or developing original, innovative concepts that captivate our audience. 
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Cricket and Production teams to develop compelling content ideas, storylines, and features for broadcasts across Cricket (International, WBBL) and Netball. 
• Manage production schedule deadlines and budgets by securing appropriate facilities, crews, and talent, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. 
• Liaise with Creative Producers to direct, shoot, and post-produce content as required, providing clear creative and editorial guidance, with a strong focus on the editing process. 
• Ensure the highest editorial quality is maintained in the production of all programs and Digital content. 
• Collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to continuously improve content output and introduce new concepts and content ideas. 

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

• Prior Media/television production experience in a lead capacity 
• Experience as a Line Up Producer in a control room environment, combined with hands-on editing skills to meet tight broadcast timelines. 
• Demonstrated creative ability within the television medium and proven editorial judgment that resonates with audiences. 
• A solid understanding of OB technical systems (such as EVS x-file technology). 
• Proficiency in non-linear editing systems (e.g., Ardome, EasyCut, Avid, Flex, QCut). 
• Advanced communication skills, particularly on talkback, alongside strong written and research capabilities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Inews (or similar newsroom systems). 
• Excellent knowledge and a genuine passion for Australian and international sports – we believe that knowing the product and the customer is key to success in this role.
