Description
The Senior Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the annual partner distribution strategy for DAZN's OTT platform in Taiwan. This role will involve driving subscriber growth, engaging with distribution partners, and ensuring the achievement of subscription targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the annual OTT distribution strategy tailored to the Taiwan market.
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimize partner approaches to meet market demands.
• Directly drive B2C subscriber growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data and market insights to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
  Collaborate with cross-industry partners (B2B) to expand the OTT subscriber base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
• Set and meet ambitious OTT subscription growth targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive positioning, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends in the OTT space.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Work closely with product development, customer service and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives across departments.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar senior position within the OTT, digital media, or related industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful OTT sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of the OTT market and consumer trends in Taiwan.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
