Description
Are you a CRM manager with a passion for sport and/or subscriptions? Have you delivered acquisition and retention communications in a commercial, target driven environment? If so, we may have the perfect role for you.

DAZN's goal is to become the world's largest sports broadcaster and one of the biggest entertainment services on the planet. From football to boxing and recently the launched NFL Game Pass we know that growth really starts with keeping our existing customers active and on board. The ideal candidate will be familiar with multiple sports with a strong interest in football.

As CRM Manager, you will be in charge of creating, strategic delivery and planning a tactical BAU schedule with a focus on acquisition and retention. You are confident in constructing bespoke, personalized journeys, leveraging our broad base of customer and prospect data and insights for your decision making and maximizing results. Familiar with building and implementing automation, this role will require you to analyze results, optimize against findings and communicate performance to the business. You combine a helicopter view with deep understanding of the performance of the full customer lifecycle, can identify new opportunities withing this lifecycle and strive to provide the best user journey tailored to the DAZN Belgium fanbase.

DAZN is a fast-paced, commercial environment and you will be expected to manage several workstreams concurrently, so efficient time and project management skills are paramount. Working very closely with the local and global DAZN teams, you will harness expertise from product, tech, content, UX, data and analytics to deliver our CRM output for fans across the territory. Managing stakeholder relationships well will therefore be key.

Like in sports, no day will be the same and your projects will cover – BAU CRM comms to engage customers with sport on DAZN, initiatives to drive event specific revenue, optimizations and testing, landing page & UX optimization and tactical outputs for commercial growth.

This role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Benefits include meal tickets, expense allowance, group insurance (3% of gross salary), hospitalization insurance (DKV) and transport allowances.

As our new CRM Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Define and deliver our CRM strategy for Belgium driving our revenue and subscriber growth targets. With a particular focus on promoting live sporting events from football, boxing, MMA, NFL and more.
  • Deliver against CRM targets and be agile in your output to meet channel contribution week-on-week.
  • Identify and maximize cross sell and up sell opportunities across subscription tiers and the DAZN portfolio including but not limited to fight sport PPV events and NFL Game Pass.
  • Manage personalization and segmentation for optimal conversion and engagement. Utilise data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM.
  • Lead testing and optimization of our CRM creative & brand direction in collaboration with DAZN marketing and creative.
  • Collaborate with the central retention team to implement and execute our customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Grow reach and galvanise fans through effective acquisition tactics, including driving high volumes of acquisition to the free DAZN subscription and successfully upselling to paid subscriptions and PPV events.
  • Report on CRM performance and the wider acquisition and retention performance against business objectives on a weekly basis.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience within a CRM role is essential, with automations, acquisition and retention. Ideally within a subscription-based business.
  • A strong empathy with sports fans, allowing you to identify opportunities but also anticipate to questions that fans will have, and CRM efforts need to answer.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
  • You'll bring strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a focused workload, to tight deadlines.
  • A passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports.
  • Strong writing skills to create the most engaging CRM content, ideally both in Dutch and French.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management. DAZN, is a multinational matrix organization and you will be expected to work closely with the local and central team on a daily basis.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop

  • Home work allowance when you come by private car ( max 25 Euro based upon distance in km between home -work). When coming by public transport, 100% of train costs are covered, 80% of bus / metro.
  • Holiday pay and 13th month according to PC
