Job Description

As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting performance campaigns. Alongside this you will work with the marketing, conversion, and creative team to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.

Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, you will be part of the Paid Social team with a focus on our European and Canadian markets. 

To be successful in this role you will be analytical, technical and creative.

What you will do 

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing, and optimising campaign performance, including impact on KPIs.
• Oversee Paid Social Executives
• Utilise data to recommend and identify key areas to improve performance across paid social.
• Accountable for the day-to-day Brand & Acquisition campaign management on paid social platforms.
• Ensure Paid Social campaign tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget.
• Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate creative assets and landing pages request.
• Regular competitor analysis and audience insights.

Qualifications

• Technical social media experience - working with social media advertising tools and platforms.
• Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyse and use data efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organization.
• Solution focused and able to thrive in result-oriented, high paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to think creativity and strategically.
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
• Knowledge of Spanish, German or Portuguese is a plus.
