A day in the life:

Update investigation and conduct practices based upon legal requirements, industry standards and feedback from business.

Lead workplace investigations and support with Employee Relations consultation

Provides coaching, guidance and support on investigations, conduct concerns and Employee Relations consults requests being handled by Employee Relations Team in market.

In partnership with ER Manager and Employment Policy & Compliance, support with creating and providing ongoing education and ongoing development for the team related to investigations i.e. legislative updates, case studies, best practices, etc.

Discern when to engage with legal partners and IDEA on complex Employee Relations matters and mitigating risk to our people, business and brand.

Identify and foster relationships with key leaders and partners in P&C, IDEA, and the business and acts as point of contact for urgent ER matters.

Remain informed on global employee relations trends, internal policy updates and updates to legislation

Remain informed on European Works Council requirements and changes.

Manage case load for team and ensure SLA are met

Qualifications:

5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations

3+ years experience in leading complex Workplace Investigations

Associate level CIPD qualified and/or certificate in human resources management

Knowledge of employment/ labour standards in EMEA Countries

Certificate of training in workplace investigations/ conflict resolution/ project management preferable

Extensive knowledge and experience providing consultation on sensitive ER matters.

Knowledge of French language to B2 level would be a plus

Strong communication skills both written & verbal

Strong project management skills

Excellent organisational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy

Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources

Builds relationships quickly; must be an effective team player

Strong analytical skills

Ability to travel
