Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a top-tier Senior Designer with an exciting book to join a highly talented in-house creative agency, working across standout 360 campaigns for multiple global brands.

 You will:

• Develop creative ideas, concepts and design assets across 360 campaign content
  (Digital, social, website, retail, OOH, CRM)                                        
• Confidently present work to senior stakeholders
• Continuously explore ways to move our brands forward through expert craft
• Ensure and maintain a high level of visual consistency across brands, and acting as
  brand guardian
• Mentor and develop junior members of the design team,
• Have a solid understanding and experience of print process and production
• Bring a professional approach to managing your own time and deadlines, communicating well with account managers and producers
• Have an active understanding of design and creative trends.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience (2+ years as senior, ideally in agency)
• Expert level of ability in Adobe CC – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A strong portfolio brimming with beautiful visuals and creative solutions for big brands
• Experience in line managing and mentoring junior designers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
   

Desirable

• Experience in After Effects and Premiere
• An active interest in/knowledge of the latest AI platforms.
