The Role
As Senior CRM Executive – Casino, you will plan, execute and optimise CRM campaigns that drive engagement, retention and reactivation across our Casino vertical. You’ll be responsible for delivering highly personalised, performance-driven CRM activity that increases player value while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
This role plays a key part in shaping CRM strategy for our Spanish Casino business, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer lifetime value and the delivery of innovative, locally regulated customer experiences.
This role will be based in our Ceute office.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Head of CRM in planning and delivering CRM strategies for the Casino vertical
- Design, configure and optimise CRM campaigns, player segments and promotional mechanics
- Drive engagement, retention and reactivation through personalised, automated customer journeys
- Monitor, analyse and optimise CRM performance to maximise customer lifetime value and profitability
- Develop creative promotions while balancing bonus efficiency and commercial return
- Work closely with BI and Data teams to track KPIs and identify revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all campaigns meet Spanish regulatory standards
- Partner with Product, Customer Services and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM within the online gaming industry, ideally with strong Casino exposure
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Optimove, Salesforce or similar (Optimove preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, retention and loyalty mechanics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proactive, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced, international environment
