Senior Art Director
Hybrid | New York, NY | Full-Time
OVERVIEW
We’re a fast-growing, diverse creative studio known for crafting award-winning work that shapes culture across lifestyle, sports, entertainment, and beyond. We partner with bold brands and global icons to create ideas and experiences that resonate — and we’re looking for a talented Senior Art Director to help lead what’s next.
You’re a confident, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to bring big ideas to the table — and how to roll up your sleeves and make them real. You move fluidly between digital and physical worlds: concepting for a creator social concept one moment, designing immersive live experiences the next. You collaborate naturally with writers, designers, technologists, and producers, guiding teams and clients alike toward powerful, polished creative that gets people talking.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and support a range of creative initiatives — from initial concept to final execution.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life visually, in partnership with copywriters, strategists, and designers.
- Guide the look and feel of projects: mood boards, concept decks, shoot guidelines, final assets.
- Collaborate with 2D and 3D designers to translate ideas into physical and digital spaces — from social campaigns to pop-ups, activations, and large-scale cultural moments.
- Participate in brainstorms, pitches, and client presentations, clearly articulating your vision.
- Maintain creative quality control across all phases of a project — providing clear, thoughtful direction and feedback to internal teams and external partners.
- Stay plugged into culture and emerging trends in design, tech, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with CD and ACD to help produce creative guides for shoots including location, styling, talent and photo/video style samples
- Help foster a collaborative, inclusive creative environment where ideas grow and great work thrives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment.
- Strong conceptual and executional design skills — with a portfolio that shows taste and versatility across digital, social, and experiential work.
- A demonstrated passion for AR/VR, social content, and emerging technologies.
- Experience designing for live events, activations, or immersive brand moments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (Keynote).
- Excellent communication skills — able to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace.
- A passion for creating bold, culturally relevant work that makes an impact.
