About this team

Lululemon's technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Security Analyst to join our team deliver against our IAM and PAM roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.

A day in the life:

As a Security Analyst on the IAM team, you will play an important role in the cybersecurity organization. You will provide great user experiences, support resiliency efforts, and drive to scale our services, while ensuring we are delivering an ever-improving security posture through our IAM controls and practices.

  • Understand the enterprise IAM technical stack in depth, particularly related to global identity management
  • Work with various key stakeholders to understand the business needs (functional and non-functional) relative to application onboarding to our centralized Identity Governance platform
  • Support project management and program management through delivery of expanded application onboarding
  • Work with key project resources to align on system, quality, and user acceptance testing and acceptance criteria
  • Build appropriate positive / negative test scenarios per requirements and use cases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for testing plans, test scripts, staging data and executing planned test scenarios
  • Ensure appropriate results tracking and documentation
  • Work with project team for bug fixes, identify scenario gaps, and capture future enhancements for backlog
  • Help ensure project and stakeholder alignment and user acceptance sign-off

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 4+ years of related hands-on quality assurance/ analyst experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Sailpoint IIQ continuous improvement cycles and/or processes is preferred
  • Ability to independently buildout all testing documentation, processes, and criteria
  • Competent in communicating with various stakeholders and levels of leadership
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within an Agile project
  • Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, and/or other programming languages is helpful
  • Very organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Collaborative team player of both IAM and cross-function teams
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $105,800-$132,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
