a day in the life

As the Monitoring Program Manager in the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Team, you will be responsible for architecting the RSC 2.0 right-sized, risk-informed monitoring approach to improve efficiency, support scale, enable business growth and create focused impact. You will oversee the evolution of the RSC risk management approach, including connecting to traceability and Enterprise and Supply Chain Risk Management processes. You will be responsible for managing processes, tools, and technology that drive consistent RSC practices, procedures, and enhanced analytics in the environmental and social vendor program. In this role, you will leverage your supply chain expertise to understand external frameworks and internal strategies and translate into the processes and tools implemented by lululemon; work in a highly cross-functional manner to bring to life a fit-for-purpose approach; and hold high attention to detail due to high stakeholder expectations and reputational risks.

responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of the RSC Monitoring 2.0 approach across RSC social and environmental
  • Develop operating processes, SOPs, and documentation to achieve program objectives and connect to sourcing processes
  • Build a system of key performance indicators and metrics to support performance management
  • Lead and develop internal and vendor training and tools
  • Manage and report data and analytics for internal and external use
  • Own the development and integration of RSC risk approach/logic to enterprise risk and supply chain risk and traceability processes
  • As required define needs for technology systems and tools, guide implementation to meet agreed upon goals for lululemon teams

qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in management systems, sustainability related research, analytics, and operations, 5+ years of experience in RSC with focus on Human Rights and/or environmental monitoring and due diligence
  • Understanding of apparel supply chain, regional and global market and partner expectations
  • Ability to discern risk in order to develop, document and deliver fit for purpose processes and implementation
  • Proven ability to address tactical business problems with strategic solutions
  • Strong engagement and collaborative approach with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Exceptional project-management skills, managing

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: Hybrid

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
