WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are no ordinary People team - we are on a relentless mission to create an inspiring place to work with a standout culture, underpinned by extraordinary People activity. We need game changers, who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prepared to get stuck in. We are still an entrepreneurial agency at our roots and whilst we are growing, we aren’t the kind of people team to sit in a remote office with the doors closed. Our people are people, they aren’t numbers.
We need the very best people and we need you to help us find them. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, pre-screening and partnering with hiring managers to create a stand-out candidate experience. Reporting to the Director, Recruitment for EMEA and APAC, you will play a key role in the recruitment process for EMEA based roles and will work as part of the broader People team.
Main responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment of junior-mid level roles across the business but with a focus on two key business areas, Music Talent and Corporate functions, from initial role briefing, sourcing and shortlisting CV’s, interviewing candidates and negotiating offers across multiple vacancies at one time.
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, providing guidance around interview processes and coaching on best practice with regards to recruitment processes.
- Strategic sourcing across diverse talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
- Ensuring all candidates and stakeholders receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as an ambassador for Wasserman when dealing with all potential candidates, embracing our company values and culture.
- Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for key and hard to fill roles.
- Maintaining the ATS, Workday, to ensure all candidate and live role data is up to date.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to establish priority roles, future role planning and internal talent pipelines.
- Working closely with the wider People team for candidate onboarding and recruitment strategy.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience hiring as part of an internal talent team. Ideally with experience hiring for marketing or talent representation roles.
- Adept and comfortable to work on multiple vacancies and understand the commercial priorities behind each role.
- Outstanding ability to source and select a diverse, wide range of candidates using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools.
- Must be a collaborative, inclusive team player.
- Influencing skills and excellent at building relationships and partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Experience of being creative about where and how to directly source new, diverse talent.
- Experience working with an ATS, ideally Workday.
