Job Description

We’re a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for an amazing Senior Creative specialising in experiential, to join our fast-growing UK team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Alongside our ECD and talented team of creatives, you’ll craft bespoke experiences for a variety of top-tier clients. From experiential-first platform thinking, to tactical ideation, consumer journeys to spatial design - you’ll lead projects from inception to final production.
  • Creative Lead of experiential activations - responsible for concept, craft, and execution.
  • Develop design principles for physical spaces, and guide the look, feel, and sensory engagement.
  • Oversee spatial design and build processes, collaborating with 3D designers and production.
  • Create highly detailed visual presentations to communicate the ideas to clients effectively.
  • Ensure consistency and maintain creative output quality, from initial sketches to final decks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with feasibility and budgets.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Breadth of experience including live events, PR stunts, social activations, and culturally driven brand experiences.
  • Proven ability to create work that captures attention, earns engagement, and drives real-world impact.
  • Exceptional craft in art direction with a strong grasp of spatial storytelling, materiality, and installation design.
  • Strategic thinker, able to rework briefs and translate insights into bold, relevant, and tangible activations.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills, articulating vision with clarity and confidence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with creatives and designers of all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of experiential trends, environmental design, and emerging technologies.
  • An interest in sports is recommended as you’ll often need to bring fan passion to the forefront of your thinking.
