About this team

The lululemon Cybersecurity team enables lululemon to conduct its global operations in a secure manner and safeguard the trusted information of its guests and educators. This is accomplished by understanding risks, developing mitigation plans and continuously maturing capabilities & services.  To further enhance our team, we are looking for a Program Manager – Cybersecurity Cyber Enablement Services, with demonstrated expertise in program management, product management and people enablement. 

A day in the life:

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of either a group of related projects, 1-2 programs across 3+ functions within lululemon, or 3+ well established and mature scrum/operational teams.

The Program Manager oversees the Project Managers, Analysts, and Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.

  • Supports the development of models & frameworks focused on Cybersecurity demand management, scoping & assessment of new opportunities, and delivery of strategic programs
  • Responsible for overall delivery of a well-established capability in the program from planning to development that serves a long-term business objective
  • Manages the assigned program including but not limited to managing established and mature products, teams, capability or category or technology solution implementation or migration
  • Creates overall timeline, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, cross-functional dependencies, reporting structure to track progress across multiple workstreams with guidance from Sr. Program Manage or Technology Manager
  • Effectively identifies and solves for potential risks, issues, and development strategies to prevent realization of risks while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders
  • Unblocks the team and proactively problem solves as needed throughout the program lifecycle with guidance from peers & leaders
  • Validates that the project delivers the expected outcomes, supports business objectives, is of quality
  • Guides and coaches the Project Managers to ensure the objectives of a project are understood, documented, and measurable
  • Manages Program budget (actuals & forecast)
  • Onboarding & offboarding of resources
  • Owns program related resource management and 3rd party vendor management. Point of Contact for Procurement, Security, Legal, Stakeholder Management (Sponsor, Leadership, Architects)
  • Develops relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, China) and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
  • Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in technology or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp in project management, 2-3 yrs in program management, 1-2 years working directly with or in a product management role/function
  • Proven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as but not limited to, onboarding, recruiting, vendor management, capacity management, dependency management, resource management, annual planning process, workforce management etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
  • Passion for problem solving w/ an ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with changing priorities
  • Proven experience managing budget of >=$1M capex annually or size of initiative along with experience in forecasting.
  • Thorough understanding of technology domain, stack, and skills.
  • Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid & agile delivery teams
  • Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and North America
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
  • Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones

Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 - $170,200 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
