Full Description
Working closely with the Director of Mobility, the Mobility Manager will help plan, programme manage and assist implementation of all aspects of the Mobility operation for UEFA EURO 2028 across UK & Ireland.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the programme and project management of the UK&I 2028 Mobility function, including planning, reporting and budget management
- Develop close working relationships with our partners and suppliers to plan tournament mobility operations
- Work with stakeholders and experts on the development of mobility planning including the production of level plans for ports of entry, intercity and last mile operations
- Regular reporting to senior management within the LOS and UEFA HQ on all aspects of the transport operation
- Manage and maintain the Mobility budget and establish a staffing plan for mobility operations
- Establish alongside external experts, the airport facilities required to support the event deliverables
- Work with a range of stakeholders and parties to support and assist the Host City delivery of transport and mobility concepts
- Agree scope and develop a demand forecast modelling tool for the tournament venues
- Develop Venue Transport Stories for relevant tournament stadia
- Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet the changing priorities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience working in integrated mobility and transport operations within major events, preferably sport
- Experience of working with, and managing a range of key stakeholders across mobility operations. including local, national government and transport operators
- Excellent project management experience
- Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills
- Resilient & positive through change
- Approachable and friendly
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Advanced Presentation skills (creation and delivery)
- Project Management qualification – Prince II or equivalent is desirable

Where is the role based?
Our head office is based at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, however depending on your role you may be required to travel across the UK and Ireland to our 9 Stadiums and 8 Host Cities, with some roles being based in those locations.
As an event delivery organisation, it’s important that we have regular time together in the office and currently employees come together at least 2/3 days a week at HQ in Wembley, with the number of days in HQ increasing as the project develops with a minimum of 3-4 days needed in 2026-2027 and full time in the year of 2028.
