Internal Title: Omni Channel Services Specialist, Pacific

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll report to the Manager of the Nike Marketplace Partners (NMP) MSC team and collaborate closely with the NMP team and the broader Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) function. Expect frequent interaction with cross-functional teams across the Pacific business, including Merchandising, Logistics, Tech, and Planning.

Nike is looking for a detail-driven, adaptable multitasker with a passion for operational excellence and data insights. This role calls for strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize tasks with cross-functional impact, and confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders daily. Success means driving efficiency, solving problems with precision, and influencing decisions through data.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, IT, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations roles

  • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, TMS, WMS, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI preferred

  • Comfortable with AI concepts and tools such as Copilot

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll play a critical role in supporting Nike’s strategy by managing the marketplace order book and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. Your work will ensure seamless execution and a consumer-first experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with global and regional MSC, NMP, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech, and Planning teams to deliver flawless supply chain execution

  • Maintain a healthy marketplace order book across multiple seasons aligned with performance metrics

  • Develop problem-solving strategies and conduct root cause analysis

  • Drive key business moments through analytical insights and KPI reporting

  • Use data and analytics to influence decisions and coordinate risk/opportunity discussions with account teams

  • Champion speed and precision in marketplace order delivery to meet consumer expectations
