Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Designer, Sport Concept Design to join Nike Global Design. Concept Design at Nike defines the future of sport by merging innovation, athlete insights, product design, and brand storytelling to create the ideas that shape the brand.

This role operates across multiple Fields of Play, including Tennis, Golf, Baseball, and American Football, ensuring a cohesive conceptual and visual language while respecting the unique culture, athlete mindset, and performance needs of each sport.

As a Senior Designer, you are a highly skilled creative who thrives at the intersection of concept, craft, and collaboration. You bring big ideas to life through visual storytelling while helping shape frameworks that allow concepts to scale across sport. A successful Senior Designer for this role brings strong system-oriented thinking to concept development, crafting visual languages that are both expressive and rigorously structured and able to scale across product, spatial, and storytelling environments. You will build and evolve visual systems that span graphic identity, typography, spatial and physical applications, and narrative expressions, ensuring ideas remain cohesive across sports and platforms. You have a distinct point of view on typography as a core design tool, using it to shape meaning, hierarchy, and emotion with impeccable taste. You are fluent in 2D, 3D, and physical outputs, with a deep understanding of how design decisions translate from screen to product to space. Above all, you think in systems, not just executions, and understand how strong concepts gain power through consistency, craft, and clarity.

What You Will Work On

As a Senior Designer, Sport Concept Design, your mission is to help shape the worlds around Nikes most important sport initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including product design, consumer insights, merchandising, and brand marketing to translate opportunities into bold visual identities and concept expressions that inspire athletes and consumers globally.

You are responsible for building visual frameworks that scale across sport while allowing for expressive, sport-specific interpretation.

Your work will help ensure consistency at the brand level while enabling each Field of Play to feel authentic, intentional, and culturally grounded.

Who You Will Work With

You will report to a Sport Concept Design Senior Manager and collaborate with Sport Concept teams across Tennis, Golf, Baseball, and American Football, along with product designers, brand partners, merchandising teams, and external agencies.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

• 4+ years of professional design experience

• Strong passion for sport, athlete culture, and storytelling

• Expertise in art direction, graphic design, motion, and spatial design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Miro & Figma

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and world-building

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality

• Curiosity and fluency in emerging creative technology, including AI
