Job Description

As a Marketing Designer you will be the driving force behind creating promotional support and marketing assets for our suite of In-House produced games. Supporting our brands in making our products stand out to players by delivering videos, icons, and campaign assets that will be front and centre to our players across a multitude of our Gaming brands.

Reporting to the Creative leader you will be part of the India Creative Team, who work closely with the Technology & Product and other key stakeholders. Our team innovates quickly and works closely with our commercial partners and customers in a very agile, high-energy environment.

What you will do

  • Design a variety of visual assets for games marketing purposes including marketing materials, advertising videos, icons and animations to predefined specs
  • Work with a variety of teams to deliver required assets and design items to support promotions and marketing campaigns for In House content
  • Adhere to ASA and other Regulations across markets
  • Create designs that are visually appealing, user-centered, and on trend whilst aligning with the company's brand values and website specs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visually compelling designs
  • Contribute innovative design concepts that enhance user engagement and meet business objectives
  • Ensure that all design work adheres to established design principles, brand guidelines, and quality standards
  • Create and maintain a consistent visual style across different projects and platforms
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to design projects
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions
  • Seek feedback from peers, team members, and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance design skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to learn from their expertise and contribute to a culture of learning and growth



Qualifications

  • Experience in computer-generated art, including proficiency in several of the following areas: physically based rendering, lighting, shading, material authoring, environment or character authoring, FX, performance analysis, graphics content optimisation
  • Strong artistic portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for artistic direction
  • Experience creating promotional or advertising style videos and concepts for product launches
  • Strong personal interest in video games and knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
  • Experience working with client requirements for outputs and projects,

Desired:

  • Experience with marketing packs, IP and brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of the structure of games
  • Knowledge of game development process
  • Previous experience within digital marketing asset creation roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
