Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
The resource will be involved in the following activities:
- Be responsible for training the entire workforce (paid staff, volunteers, contractors)
- Create and develop a needs assessment process and build an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations;
- Recommend solutions for potential areas of training in response also to specific critical metrics trends
- Proactively identifies and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on training goals and needs
- Proactively monitors and coordinates training content life cycle review
- Responds to complex inquiries from end-users and other departments
- Proactively monitors the Learning Platforms for Courses, flagging issues when necessary
Requirements
- Proven years ( +10)of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of learning and development tasks and responsibilities
- Executive communication skills – capability to pitch and influence at senior level
- Ability to deliver success against specific metrics and articulate methodology to drive accomplishments
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Team working skills with the ability to work in an international environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong continuous improvement mindset oriented to diversity and inclusion skillset
