Description
THE ROLE:
Are you passionate and knowledgeable about sport? As our new Head of Distribution Channels at the streaming platform, you will be key in achieving DAZN Spain's non-digital direct subscription goals and maximizing the value generated. You will work closely with the Marketing team to design commercial offers, create sales arguments, and develop training plans for the sales team.
You'll be responsible for designing incentive structures, managing relationships with key partners, and overseeing the customer acquisition budget. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product, Production, and Content teams to optimize subscription launches and lead targeted acquisition actions.
This is a new role and will be responsible for setting up our Distribution Channel function.
You will need to be proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong analytical focus to improve sales and subscription acquisition.
As our new Head of Distribution Channels you'll have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for achieving the set objectives for direct subscriptions (non-digital channel) in DAZN Spain, as well as the expected value generated by these subscriptions.
- Development of new distribution channels for subscription services.
- Collaboration with the Marketing team to design the commercial and promotional offers available during each period.
- Creation of sales arguments and design of training plans for the sales team.
- Design of incentive structures.
- Establishing partnerships with key distribution figures.
- Budget control of the customer acquisition (non-digital) cost.
- Active management of the non-digital acquisition value.
- Coordination with Product, Production, and Content teams to identify the most appropriate moments for new launches.
- Identification of target audiences with higher propensity to subscribe and execution of targeted acquisition actions.
- Development of data analytics capabilities focused on sales.
You'll have:
- Senior profile with at least 10 years of experience managing channels in leadership roles.
- Comfortable interacting at a senior management level.
- Proven experience in developing telephony channels.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals and logic of digital channels.
- Professional with extensive knowledge of key distribution figures.
- Strong foundation in neuromarketing principles.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral)

- Experience of working with a global strategy
