Head of Ad Operations, North America

DAZN is delivering the future of Live Sports for our customers. Advertising is a crucial part of our success in Live Sports. We are building a world-class live sports ad program that benefits our customers, advertisers and league partners with unique, The candidate would have deep experience in OTT and/or linear TV post sales production, with strong excel/data management, creative management, trafficking and ad scheduling experience. Flexibility and adaptability are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.
As our new Director/Head of Ad Operations you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee ad operations related to Broadcast, FAST, Linear channels on DAZN and via YouTube, X, Meta off platform.
- Assist the team in defining service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for advertising operations.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, tech, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for advertising operations-related issues and questions.
- Work on the strategy around DAZN’s reporting data pipelines, inventory forecasting, and targeting capabilities using 1st party data, 3rd party data, data cleanrooms, or identifiers like Liveramp ID, (EU) Unified ID, etc.
- Collaborate on developing the Ad Tech project pipeline for the creation of new advertising formats and the improvement of existing set-ups that customers will want to invest in.
You'll have:
- Proven experience in advertising operations, with a strong understanding of digital/broadcasting marketing principles.
- Experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
