The Role:

Join our team as a key player in shaping an exceptional customer experience from the very first step. In this role, you’ll be responsible for verifying customer details during registration using leading online verification tools—ensuring accuracy and compliance while keeping things smooth and efficient.

You'll help drive fast, seamless account activations and maintain top-tier verification rates. Communication is key—you’ll engage with both internal teams and customers via email, phone, SMS, and even post to guide them through a frictionless journey.

On the payments side, you’ll ensure timely checks and prompt processing of deposits and winnings, keeping everything within agreed service levels. You’ll also respond to payment-related queries, playing a vital role in building trust and satisfaction with our users.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing Customer Onboarding & Verification: Review new registrations, verify customer identities and documentation using tools like Zendesk, and ensure accurate profile data. You'll follow up on incomplete or missing information, maintain SLAs and KPIs, and communicate with customers professionally and clearly.
• Handling Payments & Transactions: Monitor and process customer deposits, withdrawals, and refunds—both automated and manual. You’ll ensure all payment flows are accurate, timely, and uninterrupted, while swiftly resolving issues such as uncredited transactions or missing deposits in collaboration with internal teams and external payment providers.'
• Preventing Fraud & Managing Risk: Investigate suspicious activity, respond to chargebacks (1st/3rd party fraud), and analyze customer and transactional data to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior. You’ll also work closely with third parties to reduce risk and ensure processes align with compliance standards.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with Safer Gambling, AML, Customer Services, and third-party vendors to ensure customer safety, operational excellence, and smooth onboarding experiences.
• Driving Operational Excellence: Maintain and improve internal procedures, contribute to process enhancements, and adapt to changing workloads. You’ll also support occasional tasks or projects outside your core responsibilities as needed.

You'll have:

• Previous experience in an iGaming online payment related role and good knowledge in non-regulated and regulated markets
• Anti-money laundering and GDPR knowledge 
• Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
• Agile thinker with a knack for numbers and data
• Knowledge of payments processing cycles online
• Knowledge of casino products, such as video slots and sportsbook
• Familiarisation with various online payment methods and products
• Experience of compliance EDD, KYC, and AML regulations within the iGaming industry
• An understanding of legislation and regulations in fraud and risk mitigation
