About this team

The Fulfillment Planning Analyst is in a critical position in driving APAC distribution and logistics service level and financial performance. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Planning and Operations, and will partner and collaborate with a team of Fulfillment Planning Analysts and many cross-functional groups throughout the organization, including DC & Logistics Operations, Sales & Operations Planning, FP&A, Ecom & Retail Operations and Merchandise Planning.

The key mandate of this role is to lead ongoing build out and enhancement of reporting, modeling and Power BI suites to support the network growth, leveraging data to drive business decisions and provide insightful outcomes that identify and quantify opportunities.

A day in the life:

  • Maintain network capacity model by updating key demand inputs (forecasting, events, etc) and capacity inputs (space capacity, throughput capacity) on an ongoing basis, in partnership with several cross-functional partners.
  • Support the development/enhancement of reporting dashboard suites leveraged by both operational and executive level to support the organization in establishing and achieving meaningful business objectives and outcomes
  • Support business review meetings content development to support cross function leadership conversations
  • Partner with Fulfillment leaders to provide peak planning and DC performance updates
  • Take on ad-hoc modeling and analysis to highlight constraints, impacts, solutions and decisions required; supporting our mandate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring financial targets are achieved
  • Analyze fulfillment business decisions using data, coming to insightful outcomes that identifies and quantifies opportunities – to support Functional owners responsible for fulfilment decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience creating reports and influential data visualizations using excel, Power BI, data mining and working with large relational databases.
  • Exceptional fulfillment operations & business acumen understanding
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct complex fulfillment network modeling and financial analysis.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
