As a Manager Climate Analytics, you will support our product sustainability and environment programs with your excellent data analysis, reporting and insights skills.

a day in the life: what you'll do

• Oversee and review annual greenhouse gas inventory for Scopes 1, 2 and 3

• Manage environmental data collection, data analysis, formatting, and quality control, including partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants

• Determine and implement greenhouse gas methodology improvements to increase data accuracy and/or data collection efficiency

• Model and communicate emissions pathway to 2030 and 2050 targets, including engaging with cross-functional teams and business units

• Find new ways to gather insights from our operations, supply chain and product data to support decisions that will reduce our overall environmental footprint

• Work with accounting teams to implement controls framework on climate data quality

• Oversee transition of greenhouse gas inventory to new technology platform

• Oversee submission of Science Based Targets and SBTi relationship management

• Procure renewable energy in line with our RE100 commitment

• Partner with sustainability reporting and accounting teams on climate and environment data used in external reports and disclosures

• Support other teams with data needs

• Ideate with the team on the future of environment and product sustainability using data insights to inform our strategy

qualifications

• Bachelor degree in areas of business, environmental science, engineering or supply chain management.

• 5+ years of experience in climate consulting or corporate sustainability including: Developing and working with GHG inventories and their supporting data, water footprints and/or life-cycle assessments, Target setting and performance tracking, Organizing and performing data analysis and quality control on large and complex data sets, Presenting business insights and data in a compelling way

• Expertise with industry leading frameworks including the GHG Protocol and SBTi

• Apparel and/or retail experience strongly preferred

• Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar tool)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and loves solving problems.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $103,500 - 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
