Job Description
As a Associate _ Risk you will be responsible to play a critical role in supporting fraud prevention efforts, assisting in investigations, and ensuring compliance with fraud prevention protocols.
Reporting to the Team Lead you will be part of the Risk Operations India, who Assist in monitoring player accounts, transactions, and activities to identify potential fraud risks and anomalies.
What you will do
- Utilize data analysis techniques to review and interpret gaming data for patterns or irregularities indicative of fraudulent behavior.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of fraud prevention activities, investigations, and outcomes.
- Support fraud investigations by gathering relevant information, assisting in evidence collection, and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve fraud cases promptly.
- Manage work allocation, shifts and monitoring of SLA, KPI.
- Preparing daily risk report like shift-end, productivity, handover in timely manner.
- Manage Risk hotline, ad-hoc tasks and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Handle investigation case escalations from Associate and/or Sr. Associates.
- Prepare reports on fraud prevention efforts, detection results, and key insights for review by senior management.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on fraud prevention activities.
- Ensure that all fraud prevention efforts align with data protection regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Handle sensitive player information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees about fraud prevention protocols.
- Stay informed about emerging fraud trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in risk mitigation function preferably in an online business
- Strong written in verbal and written communication
- Experience in handling customer queries through different mediums.
- Knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC, and anti-money laundering
- Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams across different locations.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
