MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SITE OPERATIONS & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Support the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Valleiry site
- Contribute to general services, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and regulatory compliance
- Assist in ensuring site safety and security standards are upheld
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
- Support stock management and inventory processes
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance and service contracts
LOGISTICS & SHIPPING OPERATIONS
- Handle daily shipment processes (e.g., DHL), including preparation of parcels and shipping documentation
- Ensure proper tracking of shipments, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
- Manage invoicing control related to logistics activities
- Organize and coordinate transportation of equipment for FIA championships and events
- Request quotations and select transport providers
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with transport and packaging standards
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL TRADE
- Manage import/export customs formalities within Switzerland and internationally
- Prepare and verify customs documentation (proforma invoices, EUR1, ATA Carnet, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Act as a key point of contact for customs and shipping-related matters
EVENT & CHAMPIONSHIP SUPPORT
- Provide logistics support for FIA championships and events
- Ensure freight packaging meets transport and regulatory requirements
- Prepare all required logistics and shipping documentation
- Propose optimization solutions (cost, transport efficiency, sustainability)
REPORTING & COORDINATION
- Produce and report logistics KPIs to management
- Collaborate with the Geneva-based shipping coordinator
- Provide operational support to the F1 logistics team when required
- Act as backup for the Site Manager during absences
PROFILE:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations (Incoterms, ATA Carnet, EUR1, etc.)
- Good understanding of international transport (air, sea, road)
- Experience with shipping tools (e.g., DHL systems) is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of stock management systems is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
