About the Role
Fanatics is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts with a strong focus on account management, reconciliation, and collections. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate account records and identifying and resolving issues related to billing, deductions, and unapplied payments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent in resolving account issues, and able to build strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, including sports teams, leagues, and retailers.
•
Monitor account balances, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile customer accounts regularly, identifying reasons for non-payment and taking the necessary steps to resolve outstanding issues.

Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and customer portals to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues.
•
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment offsets; coordinate with Accounting to ensure proper GL coding when applicable.
•
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to address billing issues and customer disputes.
