Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Inventory Senior Associate. Associates are part of our Relic Inventory team, responsible for receiving, documenting, inventorying, and transacting whole and cut memorabilia pieces as they make their way through the manufacturing process. Senior Associates are expected to help lead teams, coach team members, and collaborate across the other Relic Ops functions to optimize processes. Ideal candidates are self-starters who possess analytical skills and have strong attention to detail given the criticality of maintaining accurate inventory for auditing and financial purposes. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve inventory spreadsheet quantities prior to inputting the data into Oracle to ensure accurate cost, invoices, quantities and items that were shipped to the department.

  • Manage all inventory transactions for cut-to-stock program and input accurate data into Oracle.

  • Team lead for all inventory including cycle counts, Airtable updates, Oracle transactions and returns.

  • Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for build of New Card Factory (NCF) and Oracle Fusion.

  • Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product.

  • Create relic inventory item numbers and review and approve inventory costing uploads and transactions.

  • Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure.

  • Coordinates cross functionally to ensure we meet due dates for Relic programs.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based.
  • Bachelors degree required.

  • 2 years prior experience in manufacturing or production environments required.

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint) required.

  • Accounting/finance experience preferred.

  • Experience leading a team or management experience preferred.

  • High level attention to detail required.

  • Oracle EBS experience required.
