THE ROLE:
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
As a Workforce Scheduling Team Lead within Workforce department you will oversee scheduling operations, workforce allocation, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across our teams. This role is critical in ensuring that the right resources are in place at the right time to support business priorities. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to optimize scheduling, balance workloads, and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and inspire – Manage the Workforce Scheduling Team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Optimize resources – Oversee allocation across projects, shifts, and business units to guarantee coverage and efficiency.
- Forecast and adapt – Monitor staffing capacity and proactively tackle variances, shortages, or surpluses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Operations, HR, WFM, and stakeholders to align resource planning with business needs.
- Drive insights – Deliver data-driven reports on resource utilization, scheduling performance, and forecasting to leadership.
- Innovate and improve – Identify and implement process enhancements that boost scheduling efficiency and workforce distribution.
- Ensure compliance – Uphold internal policies and external regulations in scheduling and workforce management.

Leadership and training experience – Previous team lead or managerial background.
