Accounts Receivable Analyst - Americas
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions of the organization, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments. This role involves monitoring customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Divisional Revenue Manager, Americas.

Invoicing: You'll be responsible for raising all revenue invoices for the Americas region, managing monthly, quarterly, and "in arrears" billing, including complex calculations for overage and revenue share.

Collections and Reconciliation: You will perform daily bank reconciliations, actively manage customer accounts in Workday, and regularly chase debt to ensure timely payments.

Communication: You'll build and maintain relationships with customer Accounts Payable teams to resolve payment issues and manage an email inbox, responding to all queries within two business days.

Reporting and Tracking: You'll be responsible for updating and maintaining commentary on debt accounts and owning a monthly "revenue share tracker" for commercial leads.

Compliance and Auditing: The role involves supporting the Group Revenue Manager and Controller to meet deadlines for month-end and SOX compliance, as well as assisting with quarterly and year-end audit requests.

Process Improvement: There is a key opportunity to automate manual tasks, which will allow you to evolve the role and take on more commercially focused responsibilities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
