Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
The selected candidate will support the following activities:
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the activities of consultants responsible for tracking training and medical progress of workforce members.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly onboarding reports, including training and medical appointment updates, in line with the Master Schedule.
- Ensure timely data entry and updates on digital platforms used for training tracking, H&S compliance, and workforce monitoring.
- Support the implementation of contingency and escalation actions in case of onboarding issues or non-compliance.
- Collaborate with Workforce Services in the application of standard operating procedures and timelines for onboarding activities.
- Help identify potential gaps in the onboarding process and support the development of improvement measures (e.g., reminders, onsite sessions).
- Assist in sharing readiness updates with relevant stakeholders, such as Venue Managers, H&S Leads, and the central Workforce team.
- Contribute to achieving compliance targets by monitoring training completion and supporting workforce members throughout the process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within onboarding, training, or workforce management in complex environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities for liaising with team members and service providers.
- Working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting; ability to manage and interpret data sets is a plus.
- Interest in working in large-scale, multi-venue or multi-stakeholder event environments.
- Basic understanding of health & safety or medical compliance requirements for workforce onboarding is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
