Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Business Applications with a focus on Oracle Fusion to lead our global business applications strategy and implementation. This executive role will oversee the management, development, and optimization of business applications, specifically Oracle Fusion Applications, across the organization. The VP will lead a team of professionals, including offshore teams, ensuring the successful delivery of business applications in line with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Oracle Fusion deployments, business application strategies, and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, EPM and other modules) across the organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of business applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for business application development, improvement, and integration to ensure the organization's technological capabilities meet evolving business needs.
- Manage and mentor a global team of business application professionals, with a focus on leading offshore teams in India.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Oracle Fusion solutions, including customizations, integrations, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with senior executives and functional leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Fusion implementations and other applications, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to.
- Drive the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of business applications and ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party consultants, and outsourced partners, ensuring they meet performance standards and contract terms.
- Oversee integration between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in application development, deployment, and management, while mitigating any operational risks.
- Lead the governance and compliance of business applications, ensuring they meet all regulatory and security requirements.
- Provide executive-level reporting and updates to stakeholders on the health, performance, and ongoing initiatives for business applications.
- Stay informed about Oracle Fusion innovations, updates, and trends to recommend new solutions that drive business value.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, EPM, etc.), including Oracle Cloud and Fusion Middleware.
- Proven experience in leading and managing offshore teams, with strong project management skills.
- Solid understanding of the Oracle Fusion technology stack, including integrations, reporting, customization, and security.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Exceptional ability to align business needs with technology solutions and drive execution.
- Proficiency in large-scale enterprise application management, with a focus on performance, optimization, and integration.
- Experience in business process management (BPM), change management, and process automation within the context of Oracle applications.
- Expertise in managing enterprise-wide application programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and experience in cloud migrations and implementations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at an executive level.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application to business application management.
- Familiarity with other business applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation through technology adoption.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $300,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
