Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics, Enterprise Loyalty & FanApp, and be responsible for the ownership & execution of strategic Growth Marketing Analytics for the newly developed Fanatics Mobile App. This individual will be passionate about the power of data to create deep levels of engagement with our fans, and effectively leverage and visualise data in a way that creates insights to drive business decisions forward at pace.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with the Fan Data Services (FDS), Fanatics App Analytics and Fanatics App Marketing teams to deliver critical insights to optimize top-of-funnel growth and retention for the Fanatics App.
  • Analyze, summarize, and optimize marketing performance through data-led insights across all marketing channels including paid media, CRM assets, social, partnership, etc. Own marketing insights throughout funnel, from ad view to down funnel revenue and LTV metrics
  • Own data analyses and strategic insights that feed weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Executive presence that can communicate findings to any audience throughout the organization
  • Perform A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to inform strategic and tactical decision making for the Fanatics App Marketing team.
  • Build insightful dashboards to cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Support development and deployment of app marketing roadmap and new initiatives, targeted towards high value customers to deliver on aggressive growth and retention goals, both domestic and global, over the next 1-3 years.
  • Work within a matrixed, cross-functional team across multiple, highly complex projects focused on driving the quality of engagement amongst customers and prospects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6+ years experience in a Data & Analytics, Consulting, or Internal Strategy function with a concentration in marketing & growth
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and growth strategies and tactics, ROI-driven decision making
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Analytics, and marketing tools such as Appsflyer & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • A successful track record of effectively working with data, and a deep understanding of and passion for the customer journey.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to process and understand large data sets.
  • Superior project management skills, with ability to apply a structured approach across multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Customer first mindset, laser-focused on Fanatics' customers and their experience.
  • Entrepreneurial with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; comfortable with ambiguity. A strong bias to action and ability to work cross functionally with the leadership team.
  • Intellectually curious, with a desire to learn, understand and grow.
  • Humble, kind, and strong collaborator. A true believer in Fanatic's mission, and someone who embodies the values and embraces the goal of the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills; strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible and compelling messaging; capacity for storytelling

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $168,750, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
