Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
dentifyand negotiate the needs of transport of all Olympic and paralympic clients for Arrivals and Departures and for Games Time, to guarantee clients satisfaction via an efficient and organized transport plan, within Client Services unit and in agreement with the related line manager.
In Transport team, he/she will:
- define at best with efficiency all transport services during both planning and operational stage of the Games;
- plan all vehicles needs with Bus&FleetFUs in a quality and quantity prospective, organizing all related activities to make them available in the planned timeline;
- collaborate with TRA FUs to ensure relationships with other FAs of the Foundation and with related stakeholders to negotiate the best transport solutions in compliance with the general concept and stakeholder needs;
- develop activities and organization plans with others TRA FUs, coordinating the task within “client services” TRA FU;
- Negotiate service levels for all stakeholders groups and guarantee efficient travel journeys to all stakeholders during Arrivals and Departures and Games time.
Requirements
- At least 5years of work experience;
- English level C2;
- IT: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point;
- Able to interact and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate;
- Expert with operations, to deliver a service and problem solving;
- Experienced in clients relationship in a structured and complex organization environment.
- Experienced in transport planning in sport events, at international level.
