Technology Support Coordinator (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Support Coordinator in the Global Football Development division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technology support across our internal systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues with Microsoft Power Pages and our FIFA Training Centre and Course Management Platform through one-on-one communication via Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.
  • Engaging in system development and troubleshooting, ensuring user problems are resolved satisfactorily and efficiently.
  • Collecting user feedback to identify areas for improvement and translating this feedback into actionable recommendations for developers.
  • Performing routine system audits to ensure functionality and system health.
  • Supporting both Microsoft Power Platform tools and custom third-party applications, addressing issues such as user access, authentication, and data management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including tools like Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • A PL-900 certification or similar is highly desirable.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, strong time-management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members and end-users.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating empathy and excellent customer service skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and prioritization, along with quick learning skills and technical aptitude.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
