Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:

• The role of a merchandising manager requires a diverse set of skills and responsibilities. From design to preproduction activities.
• Developing relationships with suppliers, the R&D Lead must be able to balance multiple priorities to meet the needs of the company
• Should have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Your Mission

Key Objectives:

• Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and work effectively with all levels. Communicating with suppliers to negotiate prices, Salesman samples schedules, and terms of payment.
• Basically undertake all Development & Pre-production activities & be in close touch with the RCC & BU team along with production
• Provide clear business goals for his /her team members to support and develop skills base.
• Problem Solving -ability to gather all key information and then use logic and creativity to propose solutions.
• Collaborating with Vendors, Mills, and trim suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and quotations
