Your Talent

  • Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery
  • Previous experience within fashion, retail, or consumer the goods industry is a plus
  • Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
  • Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail and E-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems and OTC/Retail/E-com processes, preferably SAP S/4
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • This job opportunity will be available in full time and part time

Your Mission

As a Business Process Manager you are the go-to consultant on process and solution design to PUMA internal stakeholders. Your focus is on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes for our Wholesale, Retail and E-com Business and your challenge is to ensure that the solutions you design with your partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sports brand in the world.

  • Play a big part of our cross-functional team driving our European S/4 HANA Fashion projects
  • Consult our business partners in process and solution design with focus on OTC processes for our Wholesale, Retail and E-com Business
  • Prioritize business requests jointly with our partners to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Partner with tech teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionalities which will become part of our European S/4 Fashion template
  • Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode
  • Own multiple change requests and initiatives for different projects and solutions in parallel
