Your Mission

Key Objectives:

  • To ensure content availability of all required product master data in Marketplace dashboards by managing and coordinating with multiple vendors in B2B and B2C space.
  • Responsible for teams and vendor management
  • Taking Process improvement measures and listing quality improvements
  • Ensure on-time and on-quality content availability and enhance customer experience
  • Manage a team of E-com Catalogue Content Executives, Copy Editors & ensure on-time + on-quality availability of all required product master data in PIM system along with Marketplace dashboards.
  • Manage Vendor Content Management agencies.
  • Compile B2C and B2B E-Commerce assortment (i.e. sum of regional e-Commerce assortments) to inform PDP content provision.
  • Execute the copy writing and master data provision process and workflow in cooperation with the global content team (located in Germany).
  • Monitor Inventory inwards which ensures all content is available at the right time and quality.
  • Monitor inventory outwards and returns for Sales and Content enhancement requirements.
  • Planning enhanced Content & Imagery for Monthly as well as key launches for Instagram, Google ads, A+ pages of marketplace.
  • Regular reporting for WBRs, MBRs, analysis on content enhancement to reduce returns and better customer experience.
  • Increase Imaging – content output by inculcating various process improvement and listing quality improvements from time to time.
  • Ensuring availability of the desired stock in the Marketplace dashboards by re-listing suppressed and delisted inventory.
