We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst with 6+ years of experience to analyze, design, and optimize complex systems in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with modern development and DevOps practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and system design specifications
- Design, review, and optimize system architecture using best practices
- Work hands-on with Node.js and TypeScript–based applications to assess and improve system functionality
- Identify system bottlenecks, performance issues, and security risks, and recommend sustainable improvements
- Support production systems by performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments
- Manage and provision cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and process flows
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 6+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar technical role
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Proven experience using IaC tools such as Terraform
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid understanding of system performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Good to have
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.)
