• A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus  

• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Advanced Excel, technical skills and strong attention to detail 

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational awareness skills 

• High energy level, strong analytical skills, and information-seeking attitude 

• Ability to efficiently run multiple tasks and priorities 

• Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Supply Chain and Logistics are a plus (please include in your CV) 

• A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement—whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

• Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution) 

• Be available for a 6-month fulltime (40h/weekly) internship starting February 1st, 2026 

• Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL) 

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.

• You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands.

WE HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS 

• Nike Supply Chain and Operations 

Designing and delivering a world-class supply chain that brings Nike’s innovative products to life 

• Converse Inventory Operations 

Managing inventory and logistics for Converse to drive business growth and optimize supply chain efficiency 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Supply Chain and Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance and optimizing supply chain processes for Nike or Converse. Depending on the position, previous supply chain interns have worked on:  

• Development of new capabilities within the Supply Chain function and implementation of existing services to drive business growth  

• Analyzing and improving business performance through weekly and monthly performance management tasks 

• Managing and maintaining the order book, including booking status, shipping and changes 

• Identifying and leading improvement initiatives within the department to optimize supply chain processes 

• Building dashboards and reports to provide key insights to the team and stakeholders, and collaborating with analytics to inform decision making

• Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
