WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Office of the CFO Strategy and Enablement is the central hub for financial strategy and operations, driving alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across teams. It supports both daily execution and long-term business goals, fostering collaboration and transparency throughout the organization

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strategic thought partner to the Senior Director, CFO Office Strategy and Enablement for the Strategy Finance and Business Operations (SFBS) organization. This position will define functional strategic and operational plan, establish success criteria, measure actual vs. plan results, and drive cross-functional offense across teams to achieve strategy and ensure resources are allocated against the highest priorities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate aptitude in finance and/or business operations, preferably with exposure to corporate functions and/or executive-level support. This is a multi-disciplinary role, spanning across multiple capabilities (Analytics, reporting, employee engagement, storytelling, etc.). A successful candidate excels in analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Understanding of function-wide business programs required. Experience facilitating function-wide programming preferred.

  • Proven capability driving strategic alignment across senior leadership. Experience working with the executive level stakeholders preferred.

  • Track record of driving performance and results by effectively leading, mentoring, and empowering teams to deliver on objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering functional engagement strategies preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support development of the functional strategy, drive initiative performance, support strategic projects, employee engagement, and promote a culture of transparency and inclusion. Experience in finance planning, corporate strategy, and/or business operations support at the executive level is highly valued.

  • You will help shape and communicate our finance functional strategy, drive performance across key initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including VP extended leadership team.

  • Ensure seamless execution of key annual, function-wide business programs (AOP, CSR, RTP, etc.) in partnership with Sr. Director, and partnering with Finance Investment Planning leadership, HR, etc. where appropriate.

  • Your focus will be on delivering enterprise value, ensuring strategic priorities are met, and maintaining clear, consistent updates to executive stakeholders.

  • You will work closely with the Integrated Transformation Office (Project management, Change Management, L&D, etc.) and cross-functional SFBS teams, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across finance and business operations

  • You will provide leadership and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and aligning goals with organizational priorities

  • Support the coordination of employee engagement efforts, including town halls, recognition programs, and team-building events.

  • Maintain consistent communication with finance teams and senior leadership, providing updates and ensuring alignment on priorities
