Your Talent

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment or a similar role, Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process.
• Must be numerate, logical, and accurate with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems, experience with SAP environment a plus but not essential.
• Knowledge and confidence of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams, Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, power queries etc
• Experience in planning and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.

Your Mission

• Supervising the team of Purchasing controllers.
• Regular checks of PO master for errors.
• Continued Buy Report checks.
• Provide continued support with projects/embargos.
• Regular maintenance of styles to make sure they are buying ready.
• Liaising with relevant departments to action carry overs/set ups.
• Regular Holding file checks, communicating/ actioning what is required.
• Run rolling balance, investigate/inform of late PO's.
• Support/assist Purchasing team when required.
• Be the go-to person for Purchasing queries from immediate team as well as stakeholders.
• Help provide shipping/logistic solutions when required.
• Investigate supply deviations and take corrective action.
• Complete yearly appraisals for Purchasing controllers.
