On is looking for an Integrated Planning Platform Senior Lead Architect (Anaplan) at its HQ in Zurich. We are excited to offer this role to a driven team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and the mindset to leverage own ideas and bring new initiatives to life. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast as you take responsibility for architecting complex Anaplan models in various planning areas surrounded by a fast-paced environment. With your proven technical expertise and understanding of enterprise planning processes, you will contribute to setting up a robust planning platform environment.

Your Mission

  • Design and architect complex Anaplan model, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Lead solution design workshops and facilitate interactions between business stakeholders and model builders.
  • Review and validate models built by the team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Mentor and support the development of team members in Anaplan best practices and architecture design.
  • Collaborate with the Anaplan CoE Lead to ensure operational excellence and alignment with strategic business and technology objectives.
  • Stay current with Anaplan developments to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Document solution designs, architectures, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Your story

  • 7+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
  • Extensive experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or in a similar role with significant expertise in designing, developing, and managing Anaplan models.
  • Degree or good knowledge in supply chain, finance, or any other related field.
  • Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimisation.
  • Experience in leading strategic architecture and solution design in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner credentials are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

  • Step Four

    The Case Study

    What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Be you.

  • Step Five

    The Experience Day

    Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

  • Step Six

    The Result

    Are we a good fit? We’ll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we’re a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it’s not a decision we take lightly.
